I co-lead Vahura & Counselect.

Vahura is India’s leading talent management and consulting firm for Legal, Compliance, Policy and Tax domains. We work closely with corporate houses, growth companies, funds, law firms, and consulting firms, to help build their capacity by way of people, technology and process.

Counselect is a new law company, pioneering legal and tax secondments in India. We have a panel of over 800+ professionals from leading corporates and law firms, who can take on projects at client organisations for defined periods of time.

What is Actionpreneur for you?

Actionpreneur is my entrepreneur fitness space. Actionpreneur helps me organise and prioritise my work and personal life. Ashutosh is an inspiration and energiser, who also illuminates every day with useful skills and insights, that we can apply straightaway. Sharing this experience everyday with a cohort of purposeful entrepreneurs, and learning from that is an added bonus.

In what ways, Actionpreneur has enabled you?

During the pandemic, I was feeling down and out, both personally and professionally.

Actionpreneur, through the daily sessions, planning and sharing has transformed my mental health and energy. We’ve had our best year so far, after joining Actionpreneur, and I feel energised to take on greater challenges.

I feel more equipped now to create the future, rather than hoping for it to happen.
