SK Rathi & Co is a 40 year old CA firm based out of Mumbai. Since I embarked my journey in 2016 as Partner, we have transitioned to become a new age technology efficient firm. Along with clients who have been doing business with us for 25+ years we now serve multiple funded start ups, VC funds, large brokerage houses as virtual CFO, trusted advisors and consultants. In last 2 years, we have partnered more than 50 businesses to transition from legacy accounting systems like Tally to Zoho Finance products.  

What is Actionpreneur for you?

Actionpreneur is a space which keeps me on the course. It ensures that I work “on my business” and not just keep working “in the business”.

In what ways, Actionpreneur has enabled you?

Actionpreneur calls are broadly divided into two parts. One being a 10-12 min power packed session on various topics relating to being an entrepreneur crafted by Ashutosh and 15 mins of daily planning.

Ashutosh puts in a lot of effort to deliver 10 min sessions. He goes through the best of content and filters out true gems for us which help us not just in areas of work but also health, wellbeing, relationships, overall fulfilment and happiness in life. Being part of those 10 min sessions on daily basis eliminates the need to put in any other extra effort to work on yourself. So the need to read books, attending trainings and webinars for self-development is completely eliminated.

Actionpreneur has instilled a discipline in me to plan my each day make the most out of it. I have realized that the days on which I miss/don’t attend actionpreneur calls they end up being unproductive resulting to anxiety and lack of fulfilment.

Personally, I complete a lot of communication & follow ups immediately after completing the planning on Actionpreneur call. This helps me to clear out my day for most important activities. Having a set time to plan your day and proper structure like Actionpreneur to ensure you plan your day effectively really helps in being effective in every area of your life.

What do you love about Actionpreneur?

I absolutely admire Ashutosh’s dedication towards Actionpreneur. He has realized that if each and every entrepreneur gets the gift of effectively planning and executing his or her day, it is going to make a huge impact not just on the entrepreneur but also on the entrepreneur’s family, team members, customers and vendors.

In last one and half year since I have been part of Actionpreneur. Ashutosh has not skipped even a single day of its planned meeting. Forget about missing a day. Not even a single day Ashutosh has been ever late by even 1 sec on the call. This speaks a lot about him.
