Dr. Rajiv B. Sharma is the founder of TASA Global. TASA is engaged Global Career Counselling , Global Education and Global Admissions services to students and partners and help them become Global citizens. They are based in South-Asia, having a presence in India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Singapore. Dr. Rajev is also a visiting professor at NMIMS university for the past 8 years.

What is Actionpreneur for you?

If I were to describe Actionpreneur in one word, it would be discipline. Planning was a part of my routine earlier too, but what Actionpreneur brought to my life was a structured approach and the discipline to follow through. Discipline has become the cornerstone of my daily routine.

In what ways, Actionpreneur has enabled you?

Since joining Actionpreneur, my focus has sharpened significantly. Although I may not complete everything I plan in a day, my goals and desired outcomes are much clearer in my mind.

What do you love the most about Actionpreneur?

The highlight of Actionpreneur for me is the first 15 minutes of each session, where Ashutosh presents a topic or a video for discussion. Being a professional with 30 years of experience, including roles such as CXO in leading companies, I’m familiar with many of the topics. However, it’s easy to overlook the subtle nuances and key insights. Capturing these small but critical details is what I value most in Actionpreneur.

My advice is simple: just join. Actionpreneur will instill discipline and clarity in your life. I believe so strongly in its impact that I have even enrolled four of my team members in the program. I’m practicing what I preach. I wish Ashutosh the very best.
