What is Actionpreneur for you?

I joined Actionpreneur in July this year, and I can confidently say it has been life-transforming. I see it as a form of personal coaching as well rather than something that only addresses business requirements.

Actionpreneur makes you peaceful as a person, and that is extremely powerful. When you are at peace internally, your company naturally reflects that peace and grows alongside you. If you grow, the company grows.

We plan so meticulously when we travel but rarely do we plan our lives with the same intention. Actionpreneur woke me up to the reality that you need to plan your life consciously.

How has Actionpreneur helped you?

Actionpreneur has given me several deep insights.

One of the most important learnings for me has been how to look at rejection in business. We face rejection all the time while pitching, but I’ve learned that “Rejection is not to me as a person or to my company. It is simply a rejection of the pitch.” It means I may not have communicated the problem clearly or addressed the customer’s real concern. This realization helped me step back, revisit the drawing board, and reevaluate instead of taking things personally.

What do you love the most about Actionpreneur?

What I truly love about Actionpreneur is how it builds discipline into your life. It becomes as essential as breathing air. This discipline opens you up to learning, change, and growth. Without discipline, it’s very difficult to evolve and grow.

Actionpreneur has helped me enjoy the journey of life more consciously. If you don’t enjoy life, you miss out on something truly important.
